Payment Options

G3 Solutions, LLC is pleased to offer the two industry leading checkout options for our customers. Both options are offered at checkout time on our website. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal™ account to use their checkout system. Purchase with confidence that your transaction will be processed safely and securely. No outside access (including to us) to your credit card or bank account information is granted by either of these providers.
Certified checks and money orders will also be accepted with shipment of products commencing once funds have cleared. Please contact us directly to order.
Shipping
Your Guitar-Stor™ will be professionally packaged, insured and shipped within 2-3 weeks of order or sooner should your product selection exist in our inventory. We will not charge your credit card until the product(s) is shipped. There is no markup on our shipping charges. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in shipment, you must retain all packaging and contents in order for us to successfully process a claim against the carrier.

Warranty
G3 Solutions, LLC warrants to you, the original buyer, that the product shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship attributable to manufacture for a period of 1 year from date of buyer’s receipt of product. Damage resulting from improper use, handling, or abuse after merchandise is received or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not covered by the warranty. Warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions. Any claims of damage to guitars that might have occurred in conjunction with the use of the product is not covered by the warranty. THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT CONSTITUTES OUR ENTIRE OBLIGATION. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. G3 Solutions, LLC shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages. All claims for seller’s failure to comply with this warranty shall be governed by the provisions of this paragraph.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours from date and time of our receipt of your order by contacting us by either email or phone.
Returns
Returns are only accepted if the product is found to be defective and cannot be repaired. All returns must be made within 10 days of the date of delivery. For a full refund, returned products must be unused and unassembled and in new condition. Otherwise a full refund will not be granted. Customer is required to pay all shipping and insurance for the full sale amount and returned via UPS or Fex Ex ground. Please email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and further shipping instructions.
